
ECM630是一款指數衰減波電穿孔儀,它可以允許用戶在大范圍內靈活地選擇時間常數,從低壓模式的8300RC到高壓模式的126RC,ECM630允許對實驗方案進行優化,可算是同等級別產品中的佼佼者,用戶也可利用其它品牌的電穿孔儀的實驗方案進行實驗。
可靠性
低電壓模式下大于8300RC時間常數,高電壓模式下126RC時間常數,以及準確的電壓分辨率,保證了對原核(bacteria)、酵母、植物以及部分動物細胞操作參數的優化。
可操作性
為用戶提供主要電穿孔參數的定義:電壓、電阻和電容可調,保證了衰減波衰減時間的可條形,有更廣泛的應用范圍和高的轉化效率。
可編程性
可保存兩組電脈沖參數:電壓V、脈沖數n、脈沖長度t、脈沖間隔時間。
監控顯示
可視的電壓V、 脈沖數n、脈沖時間t、脈沖間隔時間,使參數的優化、故障的排除和記錄成為可能。
安全性能
電弧淬滅功能,使由電弧引起的損害降至很低;短路保護,避免脈沖發生器遇到短路時被損壞。
兼容性
BTX各種專業電穿孔和電融合電極,BTX MOS多孔板電傳孔系統,VIP3000監測系統;腳控開關,其它品牌的電穿孔系統的實驗方案可以參考應用。
